GTA 6 Soundtrack & Radio Stations: Every Confirmed Song
GTA games don't just use music — they mint it. Vice City turned an in-game radio dial into an 80s revival; GTA V's stations launched careers. GTA VI is set to be the biggest swing yet: according to industry reporting, the game features more than 500 licensed tracks, with music licensing costs reported north of $150 million — the largest music deal in gaming history. This page tracks every confirmed station and song, updated as reveals land.
Confirmed radio stations
- V-Rock — the legendary Vice City rock station is back. Its return was spotted on Jason's t-shirt in official footage, and the callback is unmistakable: V-Rock defined the 2002 game's sound.
- Coral Chorus — a brand-new station confirmed by Rockstar, name-checked in official material. Its exact format is not yet announced; the name suggests something coastal and melodic.
Every other station name floating around social media is unverified. We list stations here only when Rockstar's own material confirms them.
Confirmed songs (from official trailers)
Six tracks have been confirmed so far through Rockstar's official trailers and materials:
- Tom Petty — Love Is a Long Road (Trailer 1, December 2023 — the song that scored the reveal watched by hundreds of millions)
- The Pointer Sisters — Hot Together (Trailer 2, May 2025)
- Tammy Wynette — confirmed via official material
- Wang Chung — confirmed via official material
- Jay Ferguson — confirmed via official material
- Zenglen — Haitian kompa, a strong hint about the game's Caribbean-inflected Vice City
The mix already tells a story: heartland rock, 80s funk-pop, country, kompa. Leonida's dial is shaping up to be wider than any previous GTA.
Rumored artists (not confirmed)
Treat everything below as rumor until Rockstar says otherwise:
- T-Pain has publicly discussed working with Rockstar, making him the most credible name on the list.
- Producer Jermaine Dupri has claimed GTA 6 will feature artist-curated radio stations, citing Drake as an example of the format.
- Names like Ski Mask the Slump God, ScHoolboy Q, Neon Indian and Skrilla have been connected to the project through leaks and industry chatter, none of it official.
Rockstar historically keeps the full tracklist secret until players turn the key on the in-game radio for the first time — expect confirmed drops to accelerate close to the November 19 launch (release tracker).
Why GTA radio matters for music
GTA soundtracks are one of the last true mass music-discovery machines. A placement on a GTA station has revived back catalogs (Tom Petty's Trailer 1 placement sent "Love Is a Long Road" up the streaming charts within hours) and broken new artists to tens of millions of players who spend hundreds of hours with the radio on. With 500+ tracks and a reported nine-figure budget, GTA VI's dial will be the most valuable radio real estate in entertainment this decade.
What we're watching next
- Official station lineup reveal — expected in the pre-launch marketing window this fall.
- The full licensed tracklist and any artist-curated stations.
- Original score details — who composes Leonida's ambient soundscape.
- Radio DJs and hosts — a GTA tradition from Lazlow to Big Boy.
